The Technical Bit:
When the incoming exhaust air stream enters the Aero Performance Exhaust it is rapidly expanded and split via an airfoil cone with an orifice similar to a jet engine. The outer air stream accelerates as it recombines with the inner air stream. The recombining of the air streams muffles the exhaust sound and increases the exhaust flow. Thus allowing your engine to breathe easier and dramatically increases your vehicles performance.
The Turbine series as well as the Turbine XL series allows for more efficient combustion to create added power instead of simply dumping more fuel into your engine. Aero Performance Exhaust achieves incredible performance and improved MPG while creating the smoothest low throaty turbo sound on the market.
Most vehicles have extreme restrictions on exhaust airflow, which increases exhaust temperatures and decreases engine longevity. The Aero Performance Exhaust breakthrough, based on thermodynamics and jet engine technology, dramatically reduces the exhaust backpressure, leading to:

All Aero Performance Exhaust products are made from the highest quality materials including 100% 304 & 409 Stainless Steel, which is extremely durable and rust resistant. All products are meticulously polished to a reflective finish with high quality welds.
Other materials include Aero´s own high temperature ceramic packing, which delivers much better protection while reducing excessive noise.
Tests have shown temperature rating differences between Aero Ceramic Packing and our competitor's Rockwool packing give a huge advantage of having a high quality packing material inside your muffler.

AERO IN NASCAR!!

In 2006 Aero Performance Exhaust was the primary sponsor of the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series #4 Chevrolet Car. With the sponsorship through Morgan McClure Motorsports, a former Daytona 500 Champion, Aero Performance Exhaust gained national attention with the appearance of the #4 car every race weekend. A NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race car, which carries a finished price of about $200,000, utilizes the body, hood, roof and trunk lid from a street version of the car. All other components are custom fabricated including other Stock car series races.

Included on some NASCAR sanctioned race cars is the Aero Performance Exhaust 4040 Turbine series mufflers. The 4040 muffler on these stock cars give the added advantage of those NASCAR drivers with horsepower increases. Due to this reason the Nextel Cup series does not allow this modification, but can be included in regional racing which has produced staggering results.

As an official sponsor of NASCAR this sponsorship includes contingency sponsorship of the NASCAR Grand National and Busch East Series events as well as other individual sponsorships.
